Reviews
Love the stuff they sell. I spent some good amount of money there. But the attitude of the older sales-lady near the cutlery is absolutely repulsive. It’s by far the worst experience anyone could have trying to spend good money on quality stuff (and we all love some wiener grant usually). If you do not want to work with customers maybe just don’t. Or if you are just old and frustrated maybe go retire….but that attitude from a sales lady in a kitchen store: Know your place. just a hint: money doesn’t walk in in fur coats anymore. ✌️
Great shop. Wonderful selection of all sorts of things for the kitchen.
Great electrical selection. First time I've seen a see through side toaster.
Amazing knives.
Superb crockery from low end to really high end.
Lots of very useful knick knacks.
One of the best kitchen utensils shops I have seen in Europe.
A wonderful place for kitchen items. I thought I had everything already but still found half a dozen things to buy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I spent just under €50 and the attitude from the two ladies was very helpful. I mean it is still Austrian style though 😉😁
A store with so many beautiful homewares, I could have spent longer browsing it made me smile. …
Very friendly and helpful Staff! All Sorts of kitchen supplies and tableware.
Lovely shop for kitchen appliances, utensils, glasses. I bought a skillet there really good quality.
The staff were not at all friendly unfortunately.
I was walking around with a heavy skillet, they took the thing's from other customers to the cashes desk but not mine.
Probably my brown skin played a small part.
Was very upset!!!
Large footprint with fairly ample assortment, floor-staff were helpful, older associate at checkout however was almost comically cold in demeanor (slamming goods, no eye contact or interaction)… Purchasing a few hundred euro worth of goods, making no special demands, checkout experience should be easy, yet a very passive aggressive and dismissive attitude summarized the experience. Maybe if you’re spending €1000+ attitude improves? I probably won’t be back to find out.
Went there to get some kitchen accessories. Good service from the staff, nice and bright store. If I lived in Vienna, this is where I would get my stuff.
